Siegel's Take -
Top 30 Scouting Reports
“Brandon is easily the most
overlooked high school prospect out there right now. No doubt in my mind
that he will end up being a better pro than a Monta Ellis or Louis Williams.
Those guys put up better scoring numbers in high school, but Rush was on a
stacked Mount Zion team. Besides Gerald Green, Rush could end up being the
most devastating offensive player in his class, even better than the highly
touted Martell Webster. Rush’s work ethic has always been put in question,
but scouts should be more worried about his youthful physique than his
youthful head. If he ends up in college, he could be a legitimate 20 point
scorer by his sophomore year. Doesn’t quite have the pure physicality like a
Green, nor the polish of a Webster, but he has a knack for scoring the ball
that simply can’t be overlooked.”
