** May 23 - NBA Draft Lottery
- The Toronto Raptors moved into the top spot despite having just 88 out of
1,000 chances. Portland is the biggest loser, dropping into the 4th
spot. Atlanta also drops down to 5th from 4th.

Lottery Odds
The NBA announced tiebreakers
today that sets up the official order of the 2006 NBA Draft and Draft
Lottery. The lottery will be held on May 23, 2006.
Note that the first three picks in
the Draft will be determined by the lottery and the remainder of the lottery
teams will select in positions 4 through 14 in inverse order of their
standings.
