Reaching that landmark should be a foregone conclusion for a team that won 15 games last year and is projected to finish in the top half of the league by many sources. Long Beach, CA--Long Beach State Head Men’s Basketball Coach Dan Monson announced today that Brian Freeman (Center, 6-10, 230, Albany, OR, Clackamas CC) signed a National Letter-of-Intent with the 49ers.

“We are extremely excited to sign a player of Brian’s calibre,” said Monson. “Fortunately he was still available. He adds versatility to our frontline and he’s a very good face-up shooter. Brian is a quality student-athlete who we feel is a great first recruit for our program.”
