I've graded each Big East starter based on projected stats and overall talent. Along with a bench grade, each team has a potential score of 60.0. Teams are ranked according to the sum of the player grades, but these do not necessarily match my personal team predictions. The projected stats are from CHN's Fantasy Stats Preview. Each team's top graded player is highlighted in red.

Samuels is about to put a hurtin on the Big East. He's looked dominant.

No way Samuels is worse than Thabeet. You have no idea how good he'll be.

A 6.5? Really!? Arinze is by far the most underrated big man in the country. He had the second highest field goal percentage in the BE last year and was top 10 in the country. With the plethora of scoring guards on SU, look for Arinze to have a huge season! Also look for JFlynn to eat AJ Price's lunch this year.
Agreed he's underrated, but I thought 6.5 was in-line with the type of player he is. Once you get abover 7ish you're mostly talking about guys who can really lead a team and be go-to guys, Onuaku, for all the numbers he puts up is still just an extremely solid role player.
