Not only has the excruciating bowl season come to an end, allowing us to focus solely on college hoops, with the occasional Patriots hatefest NFL football game mixed in here or there, but with the start of ’08 comes conference play for the BCS leagues. This means no more North Floridas or Sacramento States or Prairie View A & Ms on the schedule. No, this means we will be treated to a bevy of decent matchups on a nightly basis, providing a meaningful way to discern between squads, rather than wild guessing, or even

Daily Dribble: BCS Power Ranking

December 11th, 2007
ACCFollowing last week's High-Major & Mid-Major rankings, here is the complete 73 team BCS Power Ranking. Obviously a lot of potential NCAA Tournament teams in here, perhaps everyone in the Top 50 has a chance. The SEC is off to a very odd start, no one playing Top 10 basketball, yet its worst teams seem substantially better than the worst of the other leagues.

Daily Dribble: Top 25 Players in the ACC

October 10th, 2007

This is the first of a new series ranking the Top 25 players from the Major Conferences. After the BCS conferences are through, I'll be moving on to the Top 10 from the 2nd tier leagues.

Up first is the ACC, which is loaded with talent. I've already finished the Big Ten ranking and the disparity between these two leagues is pretty amazing.

Feel free to disagree with my selections.. there's certainly many different ways this ranking could go.
