John Wall to Baylor: A Done Deal?
Baylor announced the hiring of AAU coach Dwon Clifton to be their "Director of Player Development." Clifton's background and the actual tasks involved in this job (if any?) are meaningless.. but the important thing to note here is that Cifton is the coach of D-One Sports, an AAU team that features the #1 prospect in the country, John Wall. Wall will almost certainly announce his decision to attend Baylor now, ending an odd recruitment that came down to Big 12 schools Baylor and Oklahoma State.

Baylor's Bruce Joins Sonics Summer League Team
Former Baylor guard Aaron Bruce is part of the NBA franchise formerly known as the Seattle Sonics' summer league roster and will participate with the squad at the Orlando/Pepsi Pro Summer League that begins play Monday.
The team, part of the franchise that will relocate and play in Oklahoma City, is one of six NBA teams playing in the Orlando league.
Baylor Adds Michigan Transfer Ekpe Udoh
WACO, Texas — Baylor head men’s basketball coach Scott
Drew announced Thursday the addition of former University of Michigan forward
Ekpe Udoh to the Bears program.
The 6-10 forward will sit out the 2008-09 to satisfy the
NCAA’s transfer policy and will retain two seasons of
eligibility.
