Daily Bracketology: Monday's NCAA Tournament Projection

Another day, another daily Field of 65. (Except no Saturday's since there's little action Friday). This is a field based on how the tourney looks "as of this moment." For one-bid leagues, I simply include the conference leader at the time of publishing. In case of ties, I use my projected winner.

 

Arrows indicate a team that moved up or down based on last night's performance. (Just because a team won or lost doesn't necessarily mean they'll move substantially.)

 

Note on Monday's Movement: The bubble is a mess right now.  Weak teams that have barely any good wins like Virginia Tech, UAB, and New Mexico are now simply because the teams that won quality games early are faltering in a big way (St. Joseph's losing to Temple at home being the worst example). Near the top, MSU's win over Indiana maintains the Spartans as a 6 seed, while Indiana is passed by Notre Dame. Arizona loses again, but still remains an 8 seed. Miami, who moves up due to RPI changes, is right on the Wildcats heels.. and the Hurricanes move up today's Bracketology knocks Texas A&M down to a 10. Maryland remains in the field despite a home loss, but they do fall past Davidson who moves up to an 11. None of the last 5 teams are very secure, and the last teams out like Dayton & Villanova have winnable games this week.. so expect more movement in or out.
