Houston - Reliant Stadium
Part of the Reliant Park venue, Reliant Stadium is located in downtown Houston,
Texas, and is the home of the Houston Texans NFL team. The facility has a
seating capacity greater than 70,000 and features a retractable roof, the first
NFL stadium to do so. Besides the retractable roof, Reliant Stadium also makes
use of glazed walls, giving it an open-air feeling. Because of the glazing
techniques used to design Reliant, the stadium looks as if it's glowing at
night. The facility is accessible from I-45 or the I-10. Houston also makes use
of the METRORail service, which runs directly to Reliant Park.
