It’s a common
theme this year in the NCAA Tournament: a young team that shares the ball
well, shoots lights out, but turns the ball over too much. Kansas fits the
mold perfectly. The difference between Kansas and some of the others is the
fact that they play solid defense and are getting hot at the right time.
The opposition shoots below 37% from the floor, which is tops in the
nation. We will see a couple seniors on the floor in Christian Moody and
Jeff Hawkins, yet everybody else is an underclassman whose only tournament
experience is losing to Bucknell.
