After
consecutive blowout losses to Duke and Tennessee, the Longhorns have
performed relatively consistently, including victories over Memphis and
Villanova. The starting five, with P.J. Tucker, LaMarcus Aldridge and Brad
Buckman up front and Daniel Gibson and Kenton Paulino in the backcourt, is
solid. The bench is young, inexperienced and slim. If foul trouble and
fatigue don’t become a big problem, Texas has a great shot at reaching the
Final Four.
