For the rest of the season, Jeff Borzello and I will be predicting games on a daily basis (or as close to daily as possible). We will be keeping track of our records both against the spread, and straight up.

Felt like doing some predicting today.. so lets hope I get all 22 games right today. ESPN has 4 solid games tonight, starting with Iowa at Indiana and UCONN at Pitt at 7. The bettors don't think much of the road teams in this one.. as Indiana is favored by over 10, and Pitt by by 7. The Hoosiers are playing their best basketball and shouldn't have a problem at home.. I like them to cover the spread. UCONN hasn't proven they can beat a Top 10 team at home.. but the Huskies do have a lot of weapons, so you never know when they'll get hot. Pitt will win, but this game could be closer than expected. There's 9 other games at 7 eastern.. I like Dartmouth over New Hampshire in an oddly timed non-conference game. Maine's been struggling, losers of 6 of 7, but I'll still go with them at home over UMBC. In the OVC, league leading Austin Peay hosts Murray State. On a good day, Murray's capable of beating any team in the conference and they've won 3 straight on the road.. but I still have to go with APSU. Ball State's been struggling.. losers of 6 in a row, but Northern Illinois isn't much better. Skipp Mills is due for a big game at home, so I like the Cardinals. Davidson's the class of the Southern Conference, and they shouldn't have a problem with Citadel. Toledo heads into EMU leading the MAC West, despite being 7-8 overall. The Rockets are favored by 5 on the road, and should win, but this could be one of the day's closest games. LaSalle should roll past first-time D1 squad NJIT, and WMU shouldn't have a problem with CMU at home. Finally at 7, surprising 10-6 William & Mary hosts George Mason. The Tribe beat GMU on the road earlier, but I like the Patriots to get some revenge this time around. At 8 tonight, we have 5 games including two ACC battles. 12-4 BC shouldn't have a problem with Miami, but the 12 point spread might be a bit too high. #22 Maryland heads to Virginia in one of the day's best games. Both these teams are 1-2 in league play.. and will fight hard to get back to .500. Virginia's struggling recently, but I like them to win a close one. BYU hasn't lost at home all year in 12 tries, and this should continue against Wyoming. But.. I like the Cowboys against the 10 point line. North Dakota State will win easy against a non-D1 team, while I like ULL to get a rare win at home against South Alabama. At 8:30, St John's heads to DePaul in a Big East battle.. but the Johnnies haven't proven they can beat decent teams on the road. I like DePaul winning in double-digits. #23 Texas heads to #14 Oklahoma State in a must watch game on ESPN. You'd think the 15-2 Cowboys would be heavy favorites at home, but the small 4 point spread shows you what Vegas thinks of Kevin Durant. Texas has been on the fringe of the Top 25 for weeks.. but this could be the game that puts them back in the national picture. I like the Horns in this one behind 30+ from Durant. That game is on ESPN2, while Kentucky heads to South Carolina on ESPN. I like the Wildcats on the road, though it will be hard to cover the 7 point spread on the road. The 3rd game at 9 pm, is UAB at Memphis. Mike Davis' squad doesnt have a chance at Memphis.. though I think they'll squeak under the 14 point spread. Finally I like Sacramento State at Cal Poly out West.. and #11 Air Force picking up their 18th win at Utah.
