Rubio

Ricky Rubio was the only guy I thought who had a chance to challenge Griffin for top spot but it doesn't look like he will be entering the draft. Mullens had a chance coming into the season but he's blown that now.

I totally agree. I think if

I totally agree. I think if Ricky Rubio finally enters the draft, he'll be number 1.
He could be the next great point guard in the NBA. Blake Griffin is good, but there are MANY players like him right now in the NBA.
My vote goes for Ricky, I have seen him play on TV many times, and the guy is absolutely crazy!

Agreed

Every year I put up the who will be the #1 pick poll for the Draft page.. not a very exciting race this year, but who knows, there's a lot of time left..

Shawn, I know this doesnt

Shawn, I know this doesnt really have anything to do with this particular poll, but while we're having NBA draft talk, I was just wondering: Do you still believe that Jeff Teague ISN'T one of the TOP TEN best gaurds in the nation? And do you still believe that Ty Lawson is the better of the two after Sunday night? You admitted a couple of weeks ago, when I asked you why Teague didn't make your top ten list, that you probably didn't give him enough respect. Just curious on your thoughts now.

He's definitely playing much

He's definitely playing much better than I ever gave him credit for. We'll be putting out some new positional rankings soon, and he'll definitely make a major move.. he's also now quite high in the Mock Draft I put together today. Live and learn.

go Teague!

I'm not sure Teague will be drafted higher. teague is much more of a combo guard that I don't think works as well in the NBA. He has a high turnover ratio and is questionable to be a PG in the NBA (and i don't think tall enough to be a SG) He might end up being a college player though much like Hansbrough will be a better PF than most of the country but will ultimately falter in the NBA

Blake Griffin

Right now he is the favorite for the first pick...not a bad first pick could be a nice power forward in the nba who knows.

There's only one option

This draft isn't like 2008 or 2007 where there were the Oden/Durant and Rose/Beasley debates. There is only one player in this draft that looks to become a franchise guy and that's Griffen. Even if Rubio comes out, this is going to be the Blake Griffen draft.
