WHAT ABOUT VAN TREESE or
WHAT ABOUT VAN TREESE or George Goode or Sosa from Louisville

Naismith
Evan Turner is hands down the best player in college basketball. Not that the others are not good players and yes Wall is good, but you have to admit that OSU without Turner is a middle of the pack Big Ten team and NOT a tournament bound team. I do not think you can say that about Wall and Kentucky.

WTF.!!
Sorry but I strongly disagree. If Evan Turners so great how come John Wall's records are almost as great as his.?? I don't really think you can say a player is the best just by looking at their records, how do u really know if Evan Turner is better than John Wall if you have never seen either of them actually play or have only seen one. I think Evan Turner is a lot more selfish with the ball. John always has a bunch of assists. I do agree that without Evan, Ohio State is just nothing. But nothing against u or Ohio State..I just don't like Evan Turner. He's a show off, he's cocky, and he I've watched him play on CBS nothing too impressive. Some people think that's John Wall..but if you've heard him, you know that he is definatley NOT cocky.! And every time he makes a the winning shot or the shot that ties the ball game..he is overjoyed. It is genuine joy and excitement. He continues to amaze me and I may be a little biased bc i'm the biggest Kentucky/John Wall fan that there is. So Evan Turner..Kiss John Walls ASS.! (:

Evan turner should be player
Evan turner should be player of the year. He is better than John Wall in all stat categories except assists which he is only behind by about 1 per game. He has better stats in scoring, rebounds, blocks, steals... If you want to argue that turner is cocky well all great athletes are to some extent. If you think he is a jerk I would point to the respect he shows other players, teammates, and fans. He is a model student athlete. ESPN did a piece on him about the respect he showed to a high school friend who died and how he wears that person's number. He went through adversity this year with the broken back and came back as if it were nothing. I also like it that he is a junior and stayed for more than one year. John Wall is a one and done which I have little respect for in college. I would like to see both finish out and get their degrees but that probably will not happen. Both are great players but Evan Turner had a better year than John Wall.
