apparently 25% of people are on some kind of drug. theres no way a sub .500 team from this POWERHOUSE (sarcasm) of a conference could make the tournament. The only way this could happen is if Dayton comes back to full strength and play like the team they were in the beginning of the season.\

I agree it will be tough for

I agree it will be tough for a 7-9 team to make it.

But if Dayton wins out and finishes 8-8 in the A10 with a Top 40 RPI and wins over L'Ville and Pitt.. they'd be hard to keep out

Dayton has to win their

Dayton has to win their final two games out, and probably has to win 2 games in the A10 tourney as well to have a shot. They do have a few things in their favor: better RPI & SOS than RI, UMASS, and Saint Joes. The committee will at least take into consideration the injuries, especially to Chris Wright. And their margin of defeat is very minimal looking at their string of losses. So, if they can make a statement by just winning here down the stretch, they got a good shot. Certainly no one else is running away with it in the A10...Right now, I'm guessing the committee will only grant the A10 two at large bids, and right now Umass holds that last bid. We'll see what happens.

mark it down now that 3 a10

mark it down now that 3 a10 teams make it. xu, umass and one of whichever wins the sju/dayton game.
