Preseason All-Rookie Team
Despite the perception that the top
high school basketball players go directly to the NBA, this
year's crop of freshman is one of the more talented in recent
years. Not only are they talented, but a lot of the
players on CHN's Preseason All-Rookie Team should have a chance
to get major minutes from opening day.
