Preseason All-Rookie Team

 

Despite the perception that the top high school basketball players go directly to the NBA, this year's crop of freshman is one of the more talented in recent years.  Not only are they talented, but a lot of the players on CHN's Preseason All-Rookie Team should have a chance to get major minutes from opening day.

 

All-Rookie First Team

 

Greg Paulus - Duke

Bio: G, 6'1, 185

Hometown: Syracuse, NY

Prediction: 8 PPG, 4 RPG, 7 APG

Simple Truth: Vision and passing skills like Telfair & Livingston.

 

Brandon Rush - Kansas

Bio: G, 6'6, 200

Hometown: Kansas City, MO

Prediction: 13 PPG, 4 RPG, 3 APG

Simple Truth: Has best NBA game along with McRoberts.

 

Tasmin Mitchell - LSU

Bio: F, 6'7, 235

Hometown: Denham Springs, LA

Josh McRoberts - Duke

Richard Hendrix - Alabama

Jon Brockman - Washington

JP Prince - Arizona
