#21: Florida Gators

One of the only teams in the country to return five double-digit scorers.

#22: Georgetown Hoyas

The Hoyas top 3 guards can hang with anyone in the Big East.

#23: Wisconsin Badgers

Jon Leuer leads a quality Badger squad that is underrated like usual.

#24: BYU Cougars

A top notch backcourt will try and offset a relatively tame set of forwards.

#25: Gonzaga Bulldogs

Gonzaga hasn't finished in the RPI top 25 since the 2005-06 season.

#26: Virginia Tech Hokies

On paper, this looks like a potential top 15 team, but VT has struggled to finish out a season.

#27: Baylor Bears

Scott Drew has steadily improved the program, but last year's NCAA run will be a peak for now.

#28: UNLV Runnin' Rebels

Lon Kruger will have UNLV back in the MWC title mix once again.

#29: Texas Longhorns

Tristan Thompson and Jordan Hamilton have NBA-potential in the Horn's froncourt.

#30: Xavier Musketeers

Xavier will be good, but might not be elite due to the departure of star Jordan Crawford.

#31: Utah St Aggies

One of the country's consistent winners, Utah St has been to 10 straight NCAA or NIT appearences.

#32: West Virginia Mountaineers

WVU loses 3 starters from last year's Final Four team, but don't count out Bob Huggins.

#33: Florida State Seminoles

The Noles might be looking at yet another 1st round NCAA Tourney exit.

#34: Old Dominion Monarchs

The class of the CAA returns 4 starters from a 27-win team.

#35: Richmond Spiders

Chris Mooney is looking to get the Spiders back to the Dance for the 2nd straight season.

#36: Seton Hall Pirates

Losing their coach and Eugene Harvey will actually be positives for the Hall.

#37: Arizona St Sun Devils

Herb Sendek has proven his teams win games regardless of whose on the roster.

#38: Wichita St Shockers

After consistent improvement over the last few years, WSU should finally get back to the Dance.

#39: Dayton Flyers

Chris Johnson & Chris Wright are a dynamic duo in the frontcourt.

#40: Clemson Tigers

Brad Brownell begins his first season with a solid starting 5, but a lack of depth.
