Record: 24-58, 5th in Atlantic

Draft Picks: 5th, 32nd

Team Needs: Starting center, which will allow Al Jefferson to become a dominant power forward.  A healthy shooting guard, unlike Tony Allen last year.  Better shooting in general (as only 3 of their 10 players who averaged 6+ PPG last year shot better than 44% from the field).  Veteran leadership for all the youngsters from Paul Pierce.
