#23 Texas at Villanova

#19 LSU at Arkansas

Saturday, 3:45, CBS

Washington at #21 Washington St

Saturday, 6

#22 Maryland at #25 Virginia Tech

Sunday, 7:30, FSN

Jeff Borzello

Texas will finally break through on the road, led by their terrific freshmen.

Texas

Both teams are inconsistent, but Arkansas is at home and has the edge in depth.

Arkansas

Huskers are fading fast, Cougars are rolling. This could get ugly.

Washington State

Hokies have experience, and the Terps haven't been the same since November.

Virginia Tech

Jason Brubaker

Can anyone guard Durant? Horns freshmen,
playing like seasoned veterans, pull off big road win that escaped them in Stillwater.

Texas

Hogs have nobody who can stop Big Baby, but athletic wings plus home crowd will be enough for upset.

Arkansas

Huskies still too young and inconsistent (5 of 6 losses on the road) + Cougars
unbeaten at home with wins over Gonzaga and Arizona = State wins.

Washington State

Hokies are playing with confidence, and Dowdell & Gordon are most underrated backcourt
in the country. Va Tech wins a close one.

Virginia Tech

Shawn Siegel

The epic loss to OK St only made Texas better.. this one will come down to the wire.

Texas

Smart money's on the Hogs winning at home, but Big Baby is due for a monster game.. his 25+ will lead the Tigers.

LSU

UW still hasn't won a road game and WSU hasn't lost a home game? Both streaks come to an end though.

Washington

Coming off a loss at FSU, the Hokies will be hungry for another big ACC win.

Virginia Tech

Super-star versus home-court advantage.  In a close contest, the Wildcats prevail over Kevin Durant and his fellow frosh phenoms.

Villanova

Razorbacks need this one more than the Tigers and will want it more.  Arkansas can’t afford a four-game losing streak.  The streak stops in Fayetteville.

Arkansas

The Huskies have too much talent to be 1-5.  The Cougars don’t have enough to be 4-2.  But they are.  Make that 5-2 after Saturday.

Washington State

Both are talented, veteran teams, but the Hokies have been playing better than the Terrapins.  At home, Virginia Tech gets the W.

Virginia Tech

Jason Tomassini

Fatigue should be an issue for the Horns but the fact that Kevin Durant is Superman should also be an issue. Texas by a few.

Texas

Razorbacks on a three-game skid, LSU can’t beat anyone on the road. Hopefully Gus Johnson is calling this game.

Arkansas

Tough one. Huskies have way more size but no road wins and 1-5 in Pac-10. I’ll take the team without the guy named Robbie Cowgill.

Washington

Maryland’s ranking is based solely on their win against overrated Clemson. Tech got the Duke/UNC let down game out of the way against FSU. Somewhere Gary Williams is drenched.

Virginia Tech

Predicting Record

Borzello (2-2), Brubaker (3-1), McNeill (2-2), Siegel (2-2), Silver (new), Tomassini (new)
