Portland Trailblazers: NBA Draft Needs

May 25th, 2006

NBA Draft: Portland Trailblazers

Record: 21-61, 5th Northwest

Draft Picks: 4th, 30th. 31st.

Blazers Team Needs: The Blazers have a young core to work around with Randolph, Telfair, Webster, etc.  However, outside of Randolph, the future potential of their young roster is not assured.  The Center position is the most obvious need, and improved play the starting two and three positions would be helpful as well.  The bench is tolerable, but could be improved at every position.  With the 4th pick, the Blazers can get help at the wing area, but will have to look for big-man help through other means.

Roster: As of May 30th, 2006
