Stephen Curry - Davidson

The sophomore made sure the Wildcats started the SoCon season with a win, scoring 38 against Appalachian State


Willie Powers - Georgia Southern

Another freshman success story, Powers scored 26 points to lead the Eagles to a 5-1 start


Dion Dowell - Houston

His career high 16 rebounds and 22 points paced the Cougars to a home win over Coastal Carolina


Other Top Performers

Kyle Cruze - Holy Cross - Only had 7 points, but his driving lay up with 3 seconds on the clock, pushed the Crusaders to a win over Ohio

Aleks Maric - Nebraska - Coming off his worst game of the season, the senior owned IPFW with 30 points on 13-18 shooting

Chas McFarland - Wake Forest - The 7-footer led all scorers with 15 points (a career high) as Wake opened the Big Ten/ACC Challenge with a win
