As we get closer to Selection Sunday, standout performances are starting to pop up all over the country, and not just from the usual suspects. With so many teams attempting to make statements with marquee wins, there are plenty of opportunities for players to earn Player of the Week consideration.

The group of 17 will be reviewed and a winner chosen by a Blue Ribbon selection committee comprised of Hall of Famers, Mr. Cousy, college coaches, media members, and a vote representing the top vote getter in the on-line poll at www.cousyaward.com.
