I do not like the draw against Memphis, but one thing all Terps fans know is that Maryland tends to play to the level of their competition. Cal will be a tough game but I expect us to get by them. The beauty part about tournaments is that if a player gets hot, they can carry a team very far in the tournament. A win against Memphis would be unlikely but would not shock me.
The top 4 seeds in the ACC get a first round bye, meaning that if they advance to the second round the Terps will likely have to play Duke,UNC, Wake,Clemson or FSU who are all ranked. This will be a signature win for them so keep that in mind when you are voting.
This poll is about that Maryland player that distroyed your team the most or the player you wish had an off night when he came to your gym.
I know who my favorite Maryland player I hated to watch light up my team, how bout yours?

I am a 26 year old sports nut. I love the NFL, MLB,College Hoops and College Football. I am passionate about all sports, especially college hoops. I have a tremendous case(some say too much) hometown pride. I love all Baltimore sports teams. In the college ranks, I live and die by my beloved Maryland Terrapins. I first started watching in the Walt Williams era and have been a fan ever since. No matter what the Terps record is they will always have my support and passionate following. Juan Dixon and Lonny Baxter, Steve Blake and Sean Mosley are a few of my favorite players of all time. One of the greatest moments of my life was when Drew Nicholas hit that runner at the buzzer to beat UNC- Wilmington in the first round of the 2003 tournament. I remember where I was, who I was with and what I was doinng during that shot. It will remain with me for the rest of my life.
