MU season awards/Playoff game at Quinnipiac

I probably would've placed Travis Taylor on the first team over Sweetney. But MU's along with SHU's late season slides probably cost Hassan and Travis their spots on the first team. How about Ed Waite? Did you know: Monmouth has now placed three players on the all-freshman team over the last 2 years (Waite this year and Will Campbell/Travis Taylor last season). As an MU fan I am very nervous about the game against heavily favored QU tomorrow night. I think it will be one and done for the Hawks this NEC tournament.
Q.U. is very talented as has a beast inside in NEC POY Justin Rutty along with a high-scoring wing in Feldiene, a solid point guard in Johnson and two good glue guys in Baker and Cruz. Jamee Jackson offers good depth for the front line and Twyman has also come on late in the season adding punch off of the bench in the backcourt. MU will need a monumental effort on the glass to defeat QU like they did earlier in the season at the MAC 72-60. Unfortunately, QU seems poised for the W and with MU's recent late season swoon I doubt they can pull off the upset.
