Bill Kintner, aka..CigarBoy is a veteran CHN writer who also freelances for newspapers, news organizations and about anyone else who will pay him to write. He writes an online column that is carried on CHN, as well as original material for CHN.
Bill is finishing up the biggest project he has ever attempted and when it is complete it will result in a book ranking the top 100 colelge basketball arenas. He typically watches anywhere from 50 to 100 college basketball games live each year and has visited 260 arenas to view games in the last five years.
