Which BracketBusters Team Will Actually Bust Brackets in March?

February 18th, 2009

Each week I pose a Question of the Week for you the reader to chew on (masticate if you prefer) and digest..

This Week's Question: Which BracketBusters team will actually bust brackets in March?

Stephen Curry led Davidson deep into the Tourney last year. And we all remember George Mason shredding up most people's bracket hopes. But which of this year's BracketBusters teams will be a serious contender to do damage in the 2009 NCAA Tournament?

Candidates include:

Butler (Top 25 team has already knocked off top squads)

Creighton (One of these days, they'll get beyond Round 2)

Davidson (They still have Curry)

George Mason (Deja vu?)

Siena (Top 30 RPI)

St. Mary's (If Mills returns, look out)

Utah St (Mostly unbeatable this year)

VCU (Maynor already owned Duke)

- Others (Illinois St, Northeastern, Northern Iowa, etc.)(Here's a list of top participants)

So again: Which of these teams has the best chance to make some serious noise in March, and why?

Lets hear what you have to say.. Post your comments below!
